1. Research use only — not for human consumption

All products sold by BlueCheck Peptides are intended solely for laboratory research use and in-vitro experimentation by qualified professionals. Products are NOT for human or veterinary consumption and are NOT drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. No product has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary use.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, dosing guidance, or a representation that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals. Product information describes reference materials for research only.

2. Eligibility & buyer representations

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. By ordering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a qualified purchaser acquiring these materials for lawful research purposes; (b) you will not use, resell, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use, or for any illegal purpose; (c) you will handle, store, and dispose of products in accordance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice; and (d) all information you provide is accurate.

3. Compliance with laws

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to your purchase, possession, and use of these materials in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, to limit quantities, and to decline shipment to any location or person.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and cancel and refund any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these terms. Payment is captured at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor; card details are handled by the processor and never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping, returns & risk of loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, each incorporated into these terms by reference. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Product conformance & limited warranty

We warrant only that products will, at the time of shipment, conform to the specifications on their Certificate of Analysis. THIS IS THE SOLE WARRANTY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all other warranties — express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed. No warranty of any kind is made regarding suitability for any use in humans or animals, which is prohibited.

7. Assumption of risk, limitation of liability & indemnification

You assume all risk and responsibility for the use, handling, and storage of products purchased. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueCheck Peptides LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of any product, including any use in violation of the research-use-only restriction.

8. Governing law & venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
