What we collect

Information you provide: name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), order history, and marketing preferences. Technical basics required to run a secure storefront, such as device/browser information and cookies necessary for the cart and checkout.

Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use it

To process and fulfill orders, arrange shipping and tracking, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the store: our hosting and deployment provider (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Authorize.Net), which collects and processes card details directly, our shipping and label provider (Shippo), and our transactional email provider (Resend) — each only as needed to perform its service. We do not sell your personal information and do not use third-party advertising trackers. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention & security

We retain order and account records as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information; no method of transmission is perfectly secure.
