Shipping Policy

Processing & handling

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders that clear payment before 2:00pm ET typically ship the same business day; orders after that cutoff, or placed on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

We may hold an order for verification if payment or address details require review. If we cannot verify an order, we will cancel and refund it.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and to other jurisdictions where Research Use Only sales are legally permitted, via tracked carriers. Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch; expedited and overnight options are shown at checkout. Delivery windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Every shipment includes tracking, emailed when the label is created. Temperature-sensitive materials are packaged appropriately for transit; packaging is discreet and unbranded where practical.

Legal restrictions & our discretion

We ship only to destinations where Research Use Only sales of these materials are legally permitted. Where local, state, or national law restricts a product, we cannot ship it there. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Address accuracy & risk of loss

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help open a carrier claim — see the Refund Policy for how damaged or incorrect shipments are handled.
