Are these products for human use?
No. Every product is sold for laboratory research use only and is not for human or veterinary consumption. Our products are not drugs, foods, or supplements and are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use.
Do your products come with a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Peptides are third-party tested by HPLC and mass spectrometry and ship with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis documenting identity and purity.
How should I store the material?
Store lyophilized (powder) product desiccated and away from light. Once reconstituted for research handling, keep it refrigerated and use it within the timeframe appropriate for your protocol.
When will my order ship?
Orders that clear payment before 2pm ET typically ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day. You receive a tracking link by email when the label is created. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate, with free standard shipping over the threshold shown in your cart. Expedited and overnight options are shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and to other jurisdictions where Research Use Only sales are legally permitted.
What is your return policy?
Once a product ships, all sales are final — no returns or refunds — except for verified shipping damage or a seller error (wrong item). Report those within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by our payment processor over an encrypted connection, and full card numbers never touch our servers.
