BlueCheck Peptides

Notice of Dispute

This form is the Notice of Dispute step under Section 10 of our Terms of Service. Before sending a notice, you must first have tried to resolve the matter by emailing orders@bluecheckpeptides.com. A complete notice starts the 30 day negotiation window described in Section 10.

Customer service is the fastest way to resolve most problems, and Section 10 requires you to email orders@bluecheckpeptides.com before sending this notice. If that has not resolved your issue, this form is the next step. Submit this form or mail the letter described below. Either one is the Notice of Dispute. Keep the confirmation.

You may instead send a personally signed letter to J. Aurelius LLC, 10926 David Taylor Drive, Suite 120 PMB1211, Charlotte, NC 28262, United States, with a copy to orders@bluecheckpeptides.com.

Use the email on the order if you have it. A mismatch does not reject this notice; we use it only to find the order.

Date you emailed orders@ about this issue. Estimate if you are unsure. This date does not start the 30 day window; receipt of this notice does.

At least 100 characters.

For example: refund of order 10021, replacement of a damaged item, or a specific dollar amount.

If you are represented, provide counsel's contact. The customer must still sign personally.
